According to the Tarot, developing concentration is necessary before being able to meditate. And from meditation we develop the ability to contemplate. All of this will aid you in developing contact with you Inner Self. And once that contact is made, slowly, but surely, you will develop an interaction with your Inner Self that will sustain you the rest of your life. In this section I’ll add exercises from time to time to help you develop those skills.
